It makes Yaraku Translate more efficient and secure.

Increase character limits

Up to 150,000 characters can be translated per document. GPT-5.4 is limited to 100,000 characters per translation, and Claude is limited to 70,000 characters per translation. (No monthly usage limit)
Share translated documents, Phrases, and Glossary

Company Document
Translated documents can be shared as internal templates. Translation managers can register and manage them for use as contracts, IR documents, email templates, and more.

Company Phrase
These are Phrases shared within the company. They are registered and managed by Translation managers and are always applied with priority over My Phrase.

Company Glossary
This is a Glossary shared within the company. It is registered and managed by Translation managers and is always applied with priority over My Glossary.
Category feature

Company Documents, Company Phrases, and Company Glossary can be categorized. This is useful when you want to manage data separately by department, use case, customer, or other classification.
Even the same Phrase or Glossary entry can be registered by changing the category, so the category feature can also be used when you want to “separate translations according to context.”
Admin users register categories on the company settings page. They can set which users can access each category and also set the priority order for applying each category.
Manage budgets and users

Budget management (Company Wallet)
Admin users can manage the Wallet used for Translation Orders. They can also allocate the company’s Translation Order budget to each user’s Wallet.

User management
Admin users can set and manage three different user roles: “Company member,” “Translation manager,” and “Admin user.”
Company member
A general user of the Company Account.
They can translate using My Data and Company Data.
Translation manager
A bilingual user with expertise in foreign languages. They receive shared translations and register and edit Company Data.
Company admin
A user who manages the Company Account. They can check usage status, set Translation managers, configure the Company Wallet, set categories, and more.

Role of Translation managers = Company Data management
They can edit and manage “Company Data (Company Documents / Company Phrases / Company Glossary),” which is shared with all users in the company.
